the clock and date and temp keeps resetting itself asfter halfords fitted my headunit. it was ok for awhile now resets everyday! dicks! is it easy to sort?

or it looks like the memory wires for the clock have been snipped which means it doesn't remember anything after the car's turned off

its ok sumtimes, like a for weeks then it goes suddenly. fink they knocked the wires or summat so connections not 100% is it easy to sort? if i take to a garage, gona charge me £000s in labour

should be easy to sort out. I wired my system my self and it's running right.  
Could take the system out and have alook might see a loose connection somewhere which might be touching the cage of the system and shorting it. 
 
Don't go to a garage they'll ripp u off and probably class it as 'fault finding' or something. 
 
If u can't find the problem take it back to halfords and tell them sort it out.
