OK THANX BUT I AM GOING TO ADDAPT THEM SO THAT THEY CAN BE CONNECTED TO MY BATTERY AND A SWITCH. SO I WILL NEED A FUSE

can't imagine they use much current but you want fuse them with the smallest fuse possible... eg. if the neons pull 3amps use a 5 amp fuse.... got no idea what current your neons use tho
