Right my x16xe sport wont always start but if you try to start it and press the release valve on the fuel rail it will usually start.
When it doesnt start it gives an almighty bang.

Anyone got any idea's?

check the bottom timing pulley is sitting in the woodruff key, and hasnt slipped

mine did this with fuel reg not set up right
