£275 i can do it, complete new timing chain

5hour job

so you'll supply the timing chain, and tensioners??

everything

new timing chain, tensioner

new side casing gasket

I was going to say, your prices have gone up

That doesn't sound healthy at all - certainly not the normal cam chain rattle.

cant do it the way we dont it before now deano, they have stopped selling the kits

now have to take the timing case off to do the job

and yes the timing can jump.....

mobby, if it is the timing chain tensioner for instance, get it done, the chain is exactly the same as a pushbike chain, and they DO snap.
