Could you not put a switch the ignition circuit and then put it somewhere discreet... 
 
Perhaps a switch in the feed for the fuel pump...

Easy. Find the ignition/ground wire going to your ignition switch. Cut it, fit switch in place.  
 
When switch is in the 'open' position, then the switch won't start.
