brother ended up taking him to court, he couldnt go via a balif as the goods were less than £600, and the guy had no registered bank account or something, so in the end brother was £100+ down. Also claimed he had no job so couldnt get money back that way either.
Another scumbag who needs shooting.

I went to the police with all supporting emails & bank details showing he had cashd my cheque but i never heard anything back from them - useless!! Also went over to his but no one was in, waited around a few hours still no body turned up, waste of time petrol & he is a waste of space!

Its a gud 2 - 3 hour drive to his from mine, i tuk a couple of friends & a couple of blunt objects to no avail, hopefully someone else may have better luck. Ive still got his address if any1's wanting it

If it has to be over £600 to get the bailiffs involved can't one person sort it all out if the overall total owed is around that figure?
