I have a 2000 (W Reg) Corsa B, just before the shape changed and was wondering if they did like a special edition version because i swear the bloke i bought it from said it was,,,,he was probably trying to blag me so i would buy it, but hey!

Im sure Vauxhall did a corsa '.com' special edition only available over the internet, or something like that.

there are load's of special editons...


only real diff is the interior has a different pattern etc etc, nothing worth shouting about to be honest

Sting was considered a special edition as well.

Was just a way of getting shot of the 3 spoke sport alloys and introducing the 12v beast.

the Sting also had Rev counter and sunroof as standard and was introduced at entry level cost as you say to introduce the 12v beast

I kinda like the sting - especially the availablity of arden blue, sunroof and alloys. they are just a bit hard to get hold off.

Yea his is very nice. might give his a bit of consideration if both these diesel ones turn out to be shit - i tried ringing the guy today who is selling the black 1 but he never answered.

My dad had one of those.

It was called a 'PREMIER.' It was loosly based on the merit only it had a cd player, sunroof, colour coded bumpers and came with the option of three spoke alloys.

Such a reliable car - had it for 7 years with no problems and passed every mot first time.

1.2 8v engine is an absoloute legend.
