how do you get the bottom plastic cover off?

that covers the lower cam pulleys?

where do i start lol

seems to happen alot,..... you need to take the lower pulley of and also undo about 4 - 5 screws

i cant get the bottom cover off, how do i get the bottom pulley off as when you go to undo it the belt just move round?

thats okay You will need someone to help you. Car needs to be in first or fifth gear I cant remember which and you need some one to hold the brake on

some people suggest replacing the crankshaft bolt due to the amount of high torque involved

In that case remove the starter motor and using a suitable tool hold the flywheel ring gear steady and then undo the bolt

can someone please write out in full, how to change a cam pulley over as mine has two sensors missing so am putting a new one on.... thanks
