When sit at the lights it hunts up and down if i drive around town you wouldnt really notice untill i put my foot down, then it feels like for a split secound feels like i brake then it just opens up, now and then itl do it slightly town driving but not as noticable as when putting my foot down, what is it?

check the vacume hoses to the inlet manifold. i have this problem at the moment well kinda, on mine you can drive and it would be ok and normal. then you can sit in traffic and it will be ok then all of a sudden it will start hunting and then just stop and be ok, but if you pull away whilst its hunting it misses a beat when you put your foot down.

yeah sounds same as me mate, feels like its getting worse though! what hoses do i check? mnot sure were they all are sounds stupid i no!

mine was being slow to respond and then a jolt when it starts going. the wire had come off the tps
