I know theres a lot of similarities between the X14 and C/X16XE engines but wondered if the camshafts from the C/X16 are any different to those in the X14XE?
As in higher lift or duration?

Cams i pulled from a 1400 16v were different to some C16xe ones i had.
Dont always believe what epc says, as vauxhall may well supply the same cams now for all the 1400/1600 16v-xe engines, but they may not have been the same from the factory.
