MY SONS CAR(1.0 3 CYL 1999 MODEL)IS PLAYING UP PLEASE HELP
starts up fine but when you pull off it goes,stops,goes stops etc....
changed the amf but still the same, no mobile sparks around here so its going to be expensive to fix,unless one of you knowlagable guys has the answer,got an old engine with most of the bits!!

Is thed engine management light on at all.

Common problems with these engines is the AFM and ICV.

I would try the ICV if you've got aspare one lying around

management light stays off,it doesnt cut out just bogs out for a second and returns to normal for a sec on off on off on off
