spot on, just what i was looking for.
A few questions tho, what happens to the egr valve? which induction pipe is best to use and can it accomodate the air intake sensor? is the bracket for the throttle cable part of the throttle body or does something need to be made?

Cheers
Ryan

EGR Valve usually has a feed going into the inlet manifold. Or, block it off with a blanking gasket.

Induction pipe, not too sure, but on the Mantzel it's a 1.7TD Cav one.

Bracket should come with the Dbilas.

is the triangle shaped plate the piece that blocks the egr? i think all that the kit consists of is gaskets which are availible from vauxhall. bolts, and blanking plate of some sort.

that blanking plate sounds like the one that sits where the throttle body used to at the side of the engine

what blanking plate will be used for the egr then, wont the usual place it bolts to on the throttle body be removed? would i just use a piece of plate with a gasket and bolt it to the bottom of the egr then?

thats in the throttle body mate so its moved with it. The standard wires can be moved across according to Warrens guide, but i extended mine with wire that came with my dbilas

Good Luck Ryan !

I'm in the middle of fitting mine and tbh without Warren's guide I would have be fucked as the instructions that came with mine weren't worth a toss !

The fitting kit didn't come with new new iduction pipe so cut the existing iduction pipe as close the inlet as possible then and ran some ducting from the new TB position to the cut induction pipe. This should allow you to keep the sensor.

Although be aware that I haven't yet started mine as I still have a bit of work to do.
