Hey guys,
Needed some help. Got a Piper high lift BP270 cam for my Corsa 1.4 8v. Befor this, other mods were head porting and polish, throttle body enlatgment, K&N conical filter, Magnaflow free flow with race spec headers, Iridium plugs, FSE fuel pressure regulator and ported and polished intake. Before the cam, the car was performing nicely, but soon after installing the cam, there was a noticeable drop in performance. Got an adjusable cam gear and set the lift to 24 as advised on the Piper site. But of no help. Car's performing worse than a stock. Any suggestions? What could be wrong? Need to change the cam timings? Please help.
