Um...Windows 95 if that classes as a game ? Was quite fun seeing how quickly you can make it crash 
tons of games have a lot more freedom, play fallout on the pc, morrowwind, daggerfall, deus ex ect ect.
ive never been a fan of the 3d gta's tbh.
