ok, ive had 2 sets of springs now, trying to get the rear arse of the car sitting at 60mm but it just isnt having it

i want the back lower than what i got it, so thinking of using nova springs, with a lower poundage etc, but would -40mm sort it?
pics of corsas lowered on rear with nova springs would be appreciated, cheers! (wheels are 15's if you got pics of 15" wheels)

From what I heard they should but if you have 60mm springs already you should give it time to settle. Some times it takes quite long to get it down to the height "advertised".

Get a "large" mate to sit in you boot for a few hrs. that should sort it

they had about a week each to settle and they never went lower than my 40mm ones, so i didnt think it was gonna go much lower

hmm there is a rather 'large' person down the road

haha, might take a while for them to settle. give them a good month and then try some weight in the back or your mate from down the road

Mine is on -60mm Nova Gmax rear springs, ok its 17's but this gives you an idea;

As Ste says the difference is not like people make it out to be. Be lucky to see an extra 5mm drop, if anything over the comparative Corsa springs.

It can take time to settle, when my Dad lowered his Mini he measured the drop on a daily basis and it was gradually dropping day by day for about a week, that was on brand new springs though.

it was still sitting above the tyre after a week on my -60, and basically hadnt moved since the 2nd day
