8000 RPM-ish.
I'd fit ARP's though. Be on the safe side.

to be safe use SBD cambelt rollers and ARP rod bolts. above 7800 I would use steel rods. anything over 8000 with cams and double springs its best to use 1 piece valves.

Rod bolts are about £60 irrc
Would be interested on prices on the other stuff though too if anyone has any information

On a standard engine yeah.
To make good power, with NA, you need high revs.
As Dave said, about 7800 on standard rods(arp rod bolts are a must at those types of revs)
