j-tec do a decent set of coilovers - only £250ish quid and lower up to 120mm.
i've had them before on prevoius corsa and @ -100mm on 15s the ride was decent and handled really well.
just bought another set for my current corsa.

well mine went almost to the floor with the adjusters still on, had to raise it up cause exhaust constantly scraped along the floor.!
i guess its down to the car/engine... in the end i sold them and went 40mm cause even with standard bumpers i took half of my bumper off over every bump.lol
if your on a real budget i'd go for just 60mm normal lowering kit. cheap n cheerful. :-)

If you are going to lower more then 40mm you will need some new shocks to go with the springs otherwise the ride will be shocking and the shocks wont last 5 mins.
Ive got a set of 60mm gmax springs and shocks on mine. They give a genorus drop and are cheap. Some will say they are not very good, but for the money you cant complain. Im happy with them just the ride is a bit hard and "crashy"
