Hub side or gearbox?

Hub is simple just slides out

Gearbox side of shaft, push in then pull out. simple

Undo bottom ball joint clamp bolt.
Remove the joint out the steering knuckle.

Then i just use the strut as a kind of slide hammer, pull the strut towards you a few times the the shaft will pop right out the gearbox.
No messing with chisels etc trying to lever it out.

If you want to remove the entire shaft(you dont need to to remove the box/block), undo the 30mm hub nut with the car on the ground first, then do as above.

Tis the only way.
Or, unbolt the main bolts/nuts that hold the balljoint to the bottom arm.

To like the balljoint back up you just put a jack under the lower arm, jack the arm up slowly, line the hole up and it just slides right in.
