What is the best way to see if an intercooler is leaking when its off the car. As in:





I dont know if it leaking from here marginally or not

take it some radiator place, they should be able to check it for you

fair enuff, ive done a simple test and submerged it in water, onlt partially so only the fins are sumerged and then when i take it out the wate rthan tip it to one side water comes out from inside. So im presuming theres a leak.
Is it possible to get it welded up? What type of welding is required (i presume TIG)? Is it possible to use liquid metal stuff, or is that unadvisable?
