Would a nova gte inlet manifold make any difference to a C14se sri corsa?

It depends on the diameter of the inlets. The 1.4 & 1.6 SE engines are very similar, the heads especially. It wouldn't surprise me if the two inlets were identical, as IIRC the difference is mainly in the bottom end of these two lumps.

The inlets are slightly different.
GTE one has different throttle body, and a EGR valve.
It wont make any difference on a 1400 as there basically the same.
