Im a idiot!

my missus 1.0l corsa b failed cos thew rubber had slipped off the cv joint and the clip was broke. tryied to sort it out myself and its so damn tight it would go on 1 side but not the other. so me being a idiot cut a slit in it so it would slide over easier, but it still didnt. not until this morning i realised they r quiet important and i thought it was to stop letting dirt in lol.

so i now have a split boot how much is a new boot? is it easy to fix? how much to get a garage to do it?

bout £12 for a new boot+grease for my ibiza, replaced the fucker 3 times so far this year

Garage will probably supply and fit it for under £25
