anyone know how much the back engine mount will be for my 1.6 sport? and will i be able to remove it and fit the new one without supporting the engine? cheers

Not sure on price.

You will have to support the engine/box whilst you remove the mount.
Use a jack with a piece of wood under the gearbox or something.
