...to a 1.2 16v SXI Corsa B
For someone with no special engine knowledge, and just basic general knowledge of their Corsa, how hard would you rate doing this on a scale of 1-5 
Ive not a clue what it involves and all searches show threads about blanking it off.

1 being easy

Haimseym you dont have much luck with your 1.2 16v. Having a quick word with a mate he says its easy enough... just being careful apparently!

You can't blank them off on these I don't think, its a different design to the other types. Its quite tricky, theres a couple of bolts that are quite hard to get to.
Depends how confident you are, but coolant goes into it so you have to make sure you have a rough idea of what your doing.

hmm righty, thanks 
pow - i had my new engine fitted and swapped everything that was new, but the egr valve off my old engine. now i need a new one and am kicking myself for forgetting to swap it over

done it on my brothers 1.2 16v with a 8mm socket and a 10mm spanner if i rember right oh and some pliers for the water hose, really isnt a hard job dude back botl is fiddley iirc but if u take ur time it should be no problem
