will the car fail the mot if it has a stone chip anywhere on the front windscreen or does all the windsrceen have 2 b free from stone chip can any1 help

stone chips are ok.. if your that worried go to halffords and get somthing to repair it or look out for those dudes that repair them for free on car parks. i saw one last week but i cant see any chips to have repaired untill the other day i saw a tiny one thats hardly worth worrying about

Check your insurance policy - not normally an excess for windscreen repairs AND it doesn't affect your no claims discount

As a rough guideline, if it's in the area that the windscreen wiper covers (on the right side) then it's a fail.
