I dont want to state the obvious, but one is made by DTA, and the other by MBE.
So aye, there different.

I know that but some one is selling an ECU and he said its got both them numbers on it????

Dta ecu's look completely different than mbe ecu's.
DTA are silver, mbe are usually black.
