basically, sony or apple? sony stuff iv had in the past has been brill...can anyone justify spending another 50-60 on the ipod for sound quality?

DON'T get a Sony one, all their software is full of bugs, which leaves your computer open to hackers and shite, despite anti-virus/firewall software.

I would go for something by Creative
