Just take your time, if you don't rush, you'll be fine.

i might see if daz 1.2 off here can help as i've asked him if he could fit my 4-2-1 manifold. Would the Inlet off any performance increase? i know it would give 20bhp like it says in the ad

It's pretty hard if you don't know what you're doing. You have to extend wires, vaccum & coolent pipes.

They are not too hard to fit. The hardest bit is getting the old manifold from down the back of the engine. As said above, you need to extend some wires and then link up the vacum and coolant pipes.

tookme about 2 hours to do mine hardest part is getting the throttle body out and the stupid pipe from the back of the engine. i didnt have to extend any pipes. the only coolant hose is the one that goes through the throttle body and all you do with that is connect both ends together. had to extend 2 wires on the tps plug and thats it. the rest of the pipes just get pushed on the inlet manifold. its no were near 20 bhp extra but you can feel a kick now after 5000 were it used to drop in power.

wires dont have to extended, just rerouted, just pull the EGR wires out of the loom wrap and electrical tape it all
connect a jointing for the coolant pipes (i just removed the one in the throttle body and used that)
as for the inlet pipe, just cut it!

shouldn't take more than 2 hours, just take your time and dont rush
