Got mine on the 23rd, had a quick go on it & killed some beasties. Wasn't amazed by it, left it in the box for a while & cained Call of Duty for a bit instead.
COD seemed to be over rather soon  Doesn't seem like there were many levels to it  But obviously the online multiplayer mode is probably more fun than the story mode.
Turned back to FOM & really got into it, story line is much better! Not getting killed all the time now I understand how the health thing works  Story is really good too.
I read on here that a few people weren't impressed by it & just wondered it you still think this?
PS - Can we have an Xbox-free thread, your bickering is getting rather boring.

think you have to give this game time. I played it for 10 minutes and just got frustrated with it.

yeh, give it time. it gets alot better.
although i found it very hard at times and i've only got it on medium difficulty. Its a good game and worth the money

i was one of those who wasnt impressed with it but seeing as people keep saying give it time etc i might have to give it a 2nd go.
my first impressions were after a quick bash bland/bad graphics, dull gameplay and a bit of a sod to play aswell

Yes I agree, played it for 10 minutes not too impressed then turned to COD played that for a few hours. I decided to give FOM another go the following day and played it all night then the following night and play an hour or so every night as it's getting really good!

I was the same. Didn't get into it and left it for a week.
Now g/f and I can't leave it alone -- on the London levels and it's getting pretty hard. I'm an awesome shot with that sniper now 
The goliath and two stalkers tooks us a while -- hid on the top floor of the house, used the Auger (with shields up) to kill the stalkers. Then we saved all four rockets for that thing that spits...

That bit was fairly easy, Im on about the bit where you are a stalker & you have to kill the goliath & 2 stalkers

i'm glad you guys made this thread because i bought one yesterday and wasn't impressed by it so as most other people did i cained COD, it gets better so its alllllllll good
