Hi, I've just started to do the rear drum brakes but have hit a snag.
When taking off the drums on both sides a small 'spring' came loose and I have only a vague idea as to what it's attached to. Can anyone tell me where this goes? A diagam or Pic would be most helpfull. A pic of the spring is below:

More Details:

I believe that it hold the clip that engages the teeth of the adjuster in place but am not certain.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.

that large spring you have at top in 2nd piccture clips with that bracket 1st pic and the bracket goes in the top hole near wheel cylinder (2nd pic) and hole where the bracket of the adjuster better see haynes manual there is clear picture how is setup

Thanks for the Info, but I don't have the Haynes Manual or really the funds to buy it at the moment - could you possibly post the pic from it?
