We use this spreadsheet at work, which has worked fine for the past 16month, but recently hasn't been functioning correctly.

It has formula in it that basically changes a word in the cell depending on dates that are input into another cell.

That aside, it used to update as and when you put the dates in. Now it doesn't update unless you press save

Go tools -> options -> calculation is calculation set to automatic?
