anyone used these specifically the bosch ones? and what was the outcome i.e any improvment in performacne?

no point on a normal engine.

GM ones are best

They just last longer. A spark plug CANNOT give you more power.

Well, it could if the single electrode plugs were not giving a spark strong enough to ignite all the fuel, but that's unlikely to happen on a normal, standard engine.
