Got one of these just before christmas, and from the start had problems with interference. Initially i just had a normal BT wireless phone, and get really bad interference when i try to make a call, i can hardly hear the other person.

Also doesn't make a difference whether it is plugged into the hub or into a microfilter at the master socket if the hub is plugged in aswell. No interference when the hub isn't plugged in, so i tried changing the wireless channel, which doesnt make a difference.

So i bought a hub phone thinking this would solve the problem, but it is exactly the same, does it sound like this is a faulty hub or interference on the line? Im thinking the hub as i would get interference even if the hub wasn't plugged in wouldn't I?

Any ideas?

I would say it's the hub causing the problem especially if you have tried it without and received no interference. Have you had the chance to try another?

Are the microfilters set up properly?

There should be a microfilter on every phone.

Incorrect set up of the filters is normally the cause of that sort of problem.

well i've tried just having the hub plugged into a microfilter then the phone plugged into hub and it still happens. i shouldnt need a filter from hub to the phone should I?

If its straight away then its power interference somewhere along the line because the wifi signal doesnt begin transmission for at least 20/30 seconds

The phone line is behind the tv, sky and hifi, but the router is about a meter away. would it be power interferece at the router or near the phone socket/the cable?
