U got it hooked upto the 360?
You can buy it wireless, mine has wires, they are black.
I have it hooked up to my 360 and it sounds immense. On the lead that come out the back of the 360 theres an optical output on the plug. Get an optical lead and roberts your fathers brother.

 Sweet, how do u use it for normal tv though? Does the R74 have an optical out? I cant get behind me tv to check

The tv has Optical out, would this put everything in 5.1?
The wireless speakers, how are they powered though? They actually wireless?

No It doesnt put it all in 5.1 For normal TV I dont use it TBH. Just for playing xbox and watching DVDs.

I very much doubt your optical out on your TV will output in 5.1 Dave  unless it's got a built in decoder
