Actually, just had a look. I think thats just an airflow sensor.

The mass flow sensors seem to have a full honeycomb type section to them.

eel. Dave A told you about this months ago

the 14\16xe dont have an Air flow meter as such

The sensor in the flex pipe is an air temp sensor theres also Manifold Absolute Pressure (map) sensor whats bolted to the bulk head

If you just post up the fault your getting in proper english i am sure people will help you

The most common fault with the 14/16xes are the inlet mainfolds and tb get coke'ed up with gunk but it nothin a strip down and a clean up with carb cleaner wont cure

If ya cant do it your self take to someone who can

try a little bit of grease or wd40 around the hole you should be able to push it in
