Right slacking is an understatment sometimes, cut out on me last night, went to tighten it last night and this morning and the bolts are 100% rounded, cant get them off to tighten the belt or slack it even more to put a new one on.

Any suggestions at all?

Fan/alternator belt depending on what you want to call it.
