You need some spring clamps and masking tape.
Offer the arches up to the car to make sure the fit ok, trim any material off thats in the way or not needed.
Key up the paint work a little and key up the gel coat on the arches on the surfaces which will be touching eachother and clean the area really well with some pannel wipe or similar.
Apply some PU Adhesive like Tiger Seal to the arch and to the pannel on the car - be generous, it wipes off. Then press the arch up against the panel, then hold the arch im place with some spring clamps. Ensure it's straight, then hold it in place with some masking tape too to make sure it doesn't sag or slip.
If you have any excess adhesive wipe off with some panel wipe on a soaking cloth - do it while it's wet you it will be a right mare to do later on!
Leave to dry, and you're away...
