Does anyone else find the toolbars have a mind of there own?

Mine move on there own and when i put them into an order i like, close Outlook and then open it again they have moved.

It's not a dodgy copy, it's on a student licence and the os install is fresh. Also does it on my other systems which is quite annoying.

I use Outlook Express for my other accounts but have to use Outlook 2003 to sync my uni e-mail account.

Never had the problem and we support a fair few with it installed, have you tried running the office updates?
