Hey everyone

Just fitting blue vacuum hoses today to my c20let corsa came across this plug. It comes from under the thermostat. Any idea what its for. I found a very similar plug located a bit furthur down and it plugs into the loom and runs into the car....

oh this is the car btw got it from fat rew a month or so ago....been working on it ever since....

similar to the hall sensor one isnt it? but looks to be @ wrong side, is the EM on?

just re- read post, its from under the thermostat - not sure, id have a look when i get in but my car is blocked in

looks like the crank sensor, if its plugged in on the block just under the thermostat then its the crank sensor.

theres another wire that attatches a few inches lower which actually runs into the loom. They have the exact same connectors on it as i dissconnected the other one to check.

looks like crank sensor
need some better pics of where it go's etc

have you already got a crank sensor plugged in?

crank sensor is the only one that looks like that on the belt side of the loom. has another part which conects to it with the actual sensor on it. fits in the block under the stat as mentioned
