As above fixed the seats to standard subframes using sparco tailored subframes, sit really high though, not really ideal seating position. Is there anyway i can get round this?

get rid of the standard sub frames and get some proper sparco ones mate,its the only way im afraid.

are the side mount seats?
if not, just bolt them to the standard frames, if they are, make some brackets, and bolt them to the standard frames.
