hmm, I'd have thought 40s were too small.
considering Mr Kelly has 40s on his 1.6, a 2 litre will need more fuel than that, surely?
although he does have a pointy cam.

so, standard engine, bar a filter, exhaust and (BTB?) manifold, 45s are the best option?
