I managed to crack my front window screen and it aint insured... Anyone around the derbyshire/staffordshire area had to replace a windowscreen and/or know a place to get a new one fitted with a reasonable price. The crack isnt too major but with the cold weather here!
Its only going to be a test of time before it breaks into my line of view, and rumours tell me its points on ya license if a cop spots it?
Thnx in advance

Ur not insured ? . . . Anyways, if it's in the field of the driver *And in the wiper arm swing* It wouldn't pass its MOT therefore needs to be replaced.
On the expense side, i'm not quite sure i didn't think they were too expensive - my mate in his clio paid £40 (But we knew the lad)

give it a good freeze & the crack will go all the way down the screen...
tbh £104 aint a bad price... I was quoted over £400 on the Scorpio I had once

Windscreen accounts for a huge percentage of your cars strength in a crash/roll aparently (of what I remember of an RAC advert) so get it done!
