Same here Dave, wish i had got every room bare and purfect before i spent god knows how much it was on candles, throws, mirrors

That £90k was years ago when the mortgage rate was loads.

Would have been expensive to borrow to buy it but worthwhile now after a remortgage at todays rates.

thb, i regret spending over £700 on carpets which will nbe thrown out after 2 years. I should have got wooden floors. Still undecided on wooden floors or tiles.

This weekend I'm going to purchase 5 of those light switches and replace all the ones upstairs. Hate the white ones and they're going a bit yellow now
