I'm after a new set of plugs for the GTI (106). I don't want standard plugs like the ones i currently have. From your experience, what are a good model of plug to get and what kind of prices should i be looking at? I also want to get some good leads to go with them, again what kind of price should i be looking at, and should i change anything else in the engine bay to complement these i.e. new filters or anything? Don't have much technical knowledge on engines etc. Anyone help???

I use NGK in mine.
Is the car modified? If so you might want to go for plugs which are a stage colder.

I'd probably stick to the rating recommended for your car.
