I have bled all the brakes and it has improved but not much better, it has all new brake pipes, flexi hoses etc. the pedal is hard and doesnt go right to the floor and they dont fade. just doesnt feel right. any1?

bleed the brakes using a gunsons easibleed. £15 from halfords. that will either sort the problem or show up the fault.

one of the best tools I have ever bought, makes bleeding brakes so quic and easy and gives a great pedal feel

i suspect the rear shoes arent correctly adjusted!

?If the pedal is hard and you cant pump it up then bleeding it up wont make any difference!

well hes complaining of a spongy pedal but then saying its hard. I would always start by bleeding the brakes properly then looking for other causes.

its probably more likely that its a corsa gsi with a shitty vaux ABS system as usual.

Yes the gsi's did seem to have the worst brakes, but everyone excpects the rear brakes to self adjust but in practice they rarely do.

I suspect this is also the reason the handbrake comes right up.
