hi there people, after weeks of tryin to decide what im goin to get as a project car i have decided to gt a corsa and attemp to put either a v6 or c20let engine in, at te moment im thinking morre about the v6,
im jus lookin for info on gettin the v6 to fit,
-what sort of work is kneeded to get it to fit. the corsa it will be being put into is a 1.2 injection model.
-does the shell need to be seam welded or nething??
-are there off the shell mounts and drive shaft kits etc to be had???

aye, i wud prefer to go n/a thought what is the difference inn bhp and torque between the to engines then??

Just don a xe in my corsa so i'd say the xe is the way to go but if you are a beast put the Let in

are the 170 bhp v6 quite tunable, i would lovea v6 jus to be a bit different, any cars on here with this transplant done
how much work is involved??

afer reading a few posts from wot i can hear v6 corsa would be a nitemare. no room to work around the engine etc. think beardy said it takes him 4 hours to put the 2 manifolds onto his car.. sounds like nitemare stuff, id say ur looking at removing the engine all the time for service parts etc..

I would V6 it, but only if you inted on having the car as a little show car you don't drive for half the year. Its a lot of engine for a Corsa bay and I can see it being a pain in the arse really
