he has his monitor + back to a window and has been downloading p0rn.
Alot of people know, and been making some funny jokes about him. MY boss even knows and just laughs (not the boss boss though). If some higher up people found out, he would be in shit.
Ive added some keywords to block some content (as we've been pretty leniant previously).
Now we just call him Ron Jeremy behind his back.

We do this at work for such circumstances, then play it back to the person and scare them a little by saying your passing this video footage onto someone higher up!

Was just some freeware we came across at work to record what people are doing.
As we already had / use VNC on all the machines just install the files to your computer.
VNC into the other machines and then click record......
His screen will appear on your screen and whatever is showing on your screen will be recorded!

all joking aside now, ive been asked to find out whats been downloaded.
Easy way to do this?
the netgear router doesnt show what sites he has been on, just the blocked sites.

if the logs dont show anything then there really isn't much you can do without a) accessing his system or b) intercepting his connection with a sniffer or proxy that can log it.
You could set up a quick proxy on your system (something like ccproxy, free and easy to use) that fires his connection to you (then back out again), that way you can log exactly what he is doing and i doubt very much he would notice!

change the settings in i.e so if the site is rated for porn or adult content it will block it. unless you are using a webfilter htere isnt much else you can do.
