After months of waiting the time has come

Should have the keys for Friday 1st September. Then I have 9 days of to start decorating and get the cetral heating on its way in!!

35 years Fixed rate for 3 years.

The Flat could do with decorating throughout. Kitchen and Bathroom are dated so I want to replace them. I need central heating too otherwise I'll be freezing in the winter.

Furniture is on the bottom of my list at the mo!

Problem with my girlfriend is that she only likes new build or recently renovated properties And those sort of flats start at about 145k for a 1 bedroom She is too fussy

Hopefully we should be moving from our flat to a 3 bedroom house end of september.
The place we are buying is costing £180k
