......doing a coolant change on a x16xe (i would assume the principle is the same for most cars)

I have repaired leaks and things in the past (not on my car)

But on the water system is there a reconmended bleed area?
Also is summer coolant anti freeze one part to every two parts water?

Im doing a service tomorrow and i havent ever done a coolant change (as strange as it sounds)

what colour is the anti freeze?? if its pink its filled for life stuff
