Headlight lights wont come on, which wires turn them on?

Also what wires do i connect to which wires on the indicater stalks for the indicaters?

i had to wire the indicators to the bulbs in the front lights, using the wires at the switch didnt seem to work for me

has anyone else used the wires at the stalks and had them working?
