want to get the bay clean and tidy whats the best way??

a few ideas...its quite dirty so need it sorted dont thinka spunge will cut it

1.get the local bulgarians to steam wash it (but would this get into the electrics)???

2.or pressure wash it with carful aiming?

Cover the car in engine degreaser. let it melt away at your engine for 5 minutes then spray off with a hot water under pressure. That should get rid of alot of the grease. Then coat again and get the old toothbrush out.

Although be careful pressure washing, can turn out nasty.

I've used Halfords engine cleaner, gets most of the bad stuff off. I cleaned it off with a damp cloth though as I don't agree with power washing engines.

i sprayed mine with gunk. EVERYWHERE

then started the car and just sprayed the lot with pressure washer, stayed away from air box but rest of it got it, battery and all, not a problem, got it all shiny

then put some bumper care on plastic bits and polished metal bits
